Ashwini Kumar announced the launch of a self-reliant Gujarat aid scheme.
He said that under the scheme, 10 lakh people will get the benefit of the scheme, while as per the announcement made by the CM yesterday, those who will get loans to small business and rickshaw pullers and hawkers will get loans up to Rs 1 lakh which will start paying installments after 6 months.
The state government will pay 6% interest and the loan holder will have to pay only 2% interest
The scheme forms will be available from the 21st and a target of Rs 5,500 crore has been set for it. For this, plan forms will be available at 9000 places in the state. By filling which self-reliant Gujarat Sahay Yojana can be availed.
