Male: 5000 meter running test (in 25 minutes maximum)
Female: 1600 Meter running test (in 9 minutes and 30 seconds maximum)
Ex-Serviceman: 2400 meter running test (in 12 minutes and 30 seconds maximum)
Female: 1600 Meter running test (in 9 minutes and 30 seconds maximum)
Ex-Serviceman: 2400 meter running test (in 12 minutes and 30 seconds maximum)
