Must have passed the Female Health Worker basic training course from a government recognized institute. OR
Must be registered in ANM and Gujarat Nursing Council from Indian Nursing Council recognized institute.
Multi Purpose Health Worker (MPHW)
Std 10th pass
1 year Multi Purpose Worker Course from a government recognized institute. OR
Must have a Diploma course in Sanitary Inspector.
Female Health Supervisor
Std 10th pass
Must have passed the Female Health Worker basic training course from government recognized institute. OR
