- Passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination from the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board; and possess:
- D.Ed. in special education from an RCI-approved institute and possess valid RCI CRR number OR; D.EL.Ed. with recognized qualification (certificate into diploma) from RCI approved institution equivalent to D.Ed. in special education and possess valid RCI CRR number in respective category of disability.
- Sp. TET-I pass
- Special Educator (Std 6 to 8) Posts:
- Bachelor’s degree from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India or any other education institute recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government AND;
- B.Ed. in special education from an RCI-approved institute and possess valid RCI CRR number OR; B.Ed. with recognized qualification (certificate into diploma) from RCI approved Institution equivalent to B.Ed. in special education and possess valid RCI CRR number in respective category of disability.
- Sp. TET-II pass
