Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme 2023
Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has been announced by the Government of India as a 100% Centrally assisted scheme to assist the farming family as part of increasing the income of the farmers.
6,000 Rs Yearly Benifits |
Rs.6000/- assistance per year to the farming family will be available through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Which will be paid in three equal installments at an interval of four months. In which the first installment will be from 01/12/2018 to 31/03/2019. Thereafter, the second installments will be paid every four months.
Kisan Samman Nidhi Eligibility |
All agricultural families of husband, wife and minor children (under 18 years of age) any of whom individually or jointly owns cultivable land (other than institutional landholders) and none of whose members are eligible for assistance are included in the category Eligible for assistance.

How To Apply Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme |
- The farmers who want to take advantage of this scheme can apply online at https://www.pmkisan.gov.in portal from any center having internet facility.
- The applicant can also apply manually from https://www.pmkisan.gov.in portal and mobile application (PM Kisan App) from Farmer Corner.
- Along with the printout of the application, Aadhaar card, land related documents like village sample no-7, sample no-8a and sample no-6 (right to enter as a farmer) should be submitted to Talatishri at the Gram Panchayat office.

Standards for Land Holders: |
- જમીન ધારકતાની ગણતરી માટે તા.૦૧/૦૨/૨૦૧૯ની સ્થિતીની જમીન ધારકતા ધ્યાને લેવાની રહેશે.
- જમીન ધારકના મૃત્યુના કારણે વારસાઇથી માલિકી હક્ક ટ્રાન્સ્ફર સિવાયના કિસ્સામાં આગામી પાંચ વર્ષ સુધીના કોઇ પણ નવા જમીન ધારકને આ લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે નહિ.
- તા. ૦૧/૧૨/૨૦૧૮ થી તા.૦૧/૦૨/૨૦૧૯ સુધીના સમયગાળામાં જમીન ધારક તરીકે નોંધાયેલ જમીન ધારકને લેન્ડ રેકોર્ડમાં જમીન ધારણ કર્યા અંગેની નોંધણી તારીખથી લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થશે,
- આવા કિસ્સાઓ કે જ્યાં ખરીદી, વારસાઇ, વસિયતનામા, ભેટ સહિતના કારણોએ ખેડાણ લાયક જમીનની માલિકીના હક્ક તા.૦૧/૧૨/૨૦૧૮ થી તા.૩૧/૦૧/૨૦૧૯ના સમયગાળામાં ટ્રાન્સફર થયા હોય તેવા કિસ્સામાં નાણાકીય વર્ષ ૨૦૧૮-૧૯ના પ્રથમ હપ્તા માટે ટ્રાન્સફર તારીખથી તા.૩૧/૦૩/૨૦૧૯ સુધીના સમયગાળા માટે ચાર મહિનાના પ્રમાણમાં લાભ મળવા પાત્ર થશે.

યોજના હેઠળ નીચે દર્શાવેલ ઉચ્ચ આર્થિક દરજ્જો ધરાવતા ખેડૂત કુટુંબ લાભ માટે ગેરપાત્ર ઠરશે.
(અ) સંસ્થાકીય જમીનધારકો
(બ) જમીન ધારક ખેડૂત કુટુંબમાંની કોઇ એક અથવા વધુ વ્યક્તિ કે જેઓનો નીચેના પૈકી કોઇમાં સમાવેશ થતો હોય.
૧.વર્તમાન અને ભુતપુર્વ તમામ બંધારણીય હોદ્દો ધરાવતા વ્યક્તિ
૨. વર્તમાન અને ભુતપુર્વ મંત્રીશ્રી/રાજ્ય્કક્ષાના મંત્રીશ્રી, વર્તમાન અને ભુતપુર્વ લોકસભા /રાજ્યસભા / વિધાનસભાના સભ્શ્રી, વર્તમાન અને ભુતપુર્વ જિલ્લા પંચાયતના અધ્યક્ષશ્રી
૩.સેવારત અને નિવૃત્ત (તમામ) – કેન્દ્ર અને રાજ્ય સરકારના મંત્રાલય/કચેરીઓ/ વિભાગો અને તેની ક્ષેત્રીય કચેરીઓ, કેન્દ્ર અને રાજ્ય સરકારના તમામ જાહેર સાહસોના, કેન્દ્ર અને રાજ્ય સરકાર હસ્તકની તમામ સ્વાયત્ત અને સંલગ્ન સંસ્થાઓના તેમજ સ્થાનિક સંસ્થાઓના નિયમિત (મલ્ટી ટાસ્કિંગ સ્ટાફ/ વર્ગ-૪/ ગ્રુપ- ડી સિવાયના) તમામ અધિકારી, કર્મચારી
૪. બ-૨/૩ પૈકીના તમામ વય નિવૃત્ત/નિવૃત્ત પેન્શનધારકો કે જેઓ પ્રતિમાસ રૂ. ૧૦,૦૦૦/- કે તેથી વધુ પેન્શન મેળવતા હોય (મલ્ટી ટાસ્કિંગ સ્ટાફ/વર્ગ-૪/ગ્રુપ-ડી સિવાયના)
૫. છેલ્લા આકારણી વર્ષમાં ઇન્કમટેક્ષ ચૂકવેલ કરદાતા તેમજ વ્યવસાયિકો જેવા કે ડોકટર, એન્જિનિયર, વકીલ, ચાટર્ડ એકાઉન્ટન્ટ અને આર્કિટેકટ કે જેઓ વ્યવસાયિક સંસ્થાઓ સાથે નોંધણી ધરાવતા હોય અને પ્રેક્ટિસ સ્વરૂપે વ્યવસાય ધરાવતા હોય.
